HASTINGS & HASTINGS has been providing superior quality personnel services to South Florida businesses for over 40 years. Since its inception in 1975, Hastings & Hastings has grown to become a highly respected industry leader with a well-known reputation for excellence.

The founders of Hastings, Martin and Lois Kleinman, husband and wife team, began their careers in Personnel Consulting in 1963 as owners/operators of two highly successful New York franchises of a national personnel agency. After 12 years in the industry, the Kleinmans decided to make their mark in an up-and-coming business environment . . . Miami. The Kleinmans’ industry experience quickly allowed their fledgling Miami business to grow into South Florida’s most respected Staffing Service today.

In 1977, after graduating from the University of Florida, the Kleinmans’ daughter, Robin Kleinman Cox, joined the family business. Robin developed the company’s Temporary Division, which grew to become one of the largest Administrative Temporary Staffing Services in South Florida. She became the company’s CEO in the 1990’s.
Robin’s sons are now also involved in the company, making Hastings & Hastings a 3rd generation family-owned and operated business.
